Aspects to be aware of are how you get and collect customer data. How you hold that data and secure it. How you delete that data if requested by the customer. Best have a read of a few articles and check over that you have no glaring issues with it. IT wise the keeping the data and backups safe and secure could mean encryption which can be arranged.
