Number 12 bar & restaurant until recently was known as Le Rouen, and at the end of 2007 we decided to take the opportunity and bring the pub back to its former glory. The Brothers already have one successful renovation project under our belts, having re-established the Surrey Tavern on Surrey Street as a successful city centre bar, so Le Rouen was a fresh new challenge.
