Please note our broadband services will only be provided where technically possible, due to limitations at certain BT local exchanges and/or due to the distance of the customer's property from the nearest BT exchange.

A disconnection charge of £50 will be applied if your BroadCall or broadband internet service is terminated for any reason within the first 12 months from the date we originally make this service available to you, or within 12 months of the date that we transfer your connection onto our "LLU-based" service if later.

*If you download more than specified inclusive GB of data in any month, any excess will be charged at £1.25 per GB or part thereof

† On Broadband Max, 16 Mbps speed is not currently available, however customers choosing this service will automatically be upgraded to this speed as soon as it becomes available on their local BT exchange
